Roger Landberg Jr on a Bultaco El-Bandito
As Dave, Kathy, and I headed to the race it was easy to close your eyes and just get lost in the moment. It had been 30 years since I was going to the races, so you could say I was starting all over again. Just friends, loading up the bikes and heading towards the races. As we arived, we headed over to meet Tom Bently, who took time away from his family and dinner to talk to us and get me all signed up with AHRMA and ready to race the next day.
Dirk Williams and crew had the track all layed out and ready for us to race. Being back racing is a blast and glad I got invited back to this crazy vintage bike scene. Not only was this my first race back but my first effort as this web stuff. Lets just say we got alot of work in progress. Please enjoy the Gas It N Go web site.
